Cold, heavy rain.
Interstate 94, North Dakota
23:45

This brings back memories. It's almost midnight, I've been driving for fifteen hours. I thought I was too old for this. Had to rely on some pretty old training but so far I'm clear. Lets see how clever these Krai are.

I dumped my passenger on I-15, south of Butte. He's in rough shape, but he should be able to talk, if he can find a pay phone. Then I doubled back on to I-90 and just kept on going.

They should get the idea that I want them to think that I'm heading south, back to Vegas and/or LA. But they know I'm not stupid, so they'll know that this is a bluff and I'm not going that way at all. What they don't know is that I want them to know where I'm really going.

Whew.

So that they could pick up my trail again, I ran a red light in Glendive then ran a cop car off the road when it tried to pull me over. Then I hightailed it for the state line. The cops won't bother chasing me, but it's going to be logged and the Krai should pick it up. Unless they're totally incompetent. In which case I don't care what they do.

God, North Dakota's boring.
