Andrew Wallis was an attorney who was the executor of Fred Berkov's trust fund.
When Berkov was targeted by the K-Men as a potential superhuman, the K-Men's search lead them to Wallis' office, where they killed him to prevent him revealing their existence.
The true cause of Wallis' death was never uncovered by the LAPD. The police report listed death by an unidentified cutting implement and the murder was incorrectly attributed to a copy-cat serial killer.
