Cold, dry, overcast
Bates Motel, Seattle, Washington
02:00

Things were quiet for a day or two. We drove up to Seattle and stayed at Sylvia's beach house. I hoped we could hang out for a few days undisturbed. Things have been moving too fast, the kids still don't really trust me and I haven't found the time to sit down and tell them things they need to know. Some teacher I turned out to be.

I told the kids as much as I dared. I wish I could give them the full background on our org, but TPTB won't let me. Sometimes paranoia is a real drag.

I'm seeing some team building, no thanks to me, but they've got a long way to go. At least some of them are talking to each other.

Fred is going through a minor crisis. He's manifesting some precognitive talent but its erratic and he's reluctant to pass on any information. The others are giving him a hard time about it. I think its a great power. He needs some encouragement so he'll trust it a bit more.

We're at a motel now because the beach house is being watched. I don't think it's our enemies. I think people are watching for Sylvia. I should have thought of that possibility. My main concern is that Sara will have been recognised and targetted.

The motel is a temporary stop-over. We'll be moving north in the morning.
