Description

The Conner building is not large, only two storeys tall and covering a hectare of ground. Wide steps lead up to the building's heavy double door.

In front of the building is a wide concrete plaza, bordered on all sides by taller buildings and elevated highways. The centrepiece of the plaza is a massive concrete and glass sculpture of a working hourglass.

The Connor Building houses the Institute for Temporal Studies.

Notable Events

• A criminals group attempts to steal Professor Zod's research and is stopped by the Special Police (29 October 2350).
